PFETC offers structured, age-appropriate football development for both Boys and Girls - from first touch at U6 all the way through to competitive U16 level. Both genders welcome at all levels.

U6Ages 4-6
Fun Football Foundations - Boys
Introduction to football through play-based activities, basic ball familiarisation, and motor skill development. Focus on fun and love for the game.
Fun Football Foundations - Girls
A safe, encouraging space for girls to explore football for the first time. Play-led sessions focused on coordination, confidence, and enjoyment.
U8Ages 7-8
Mini Strikers - Boys
Dribbling, passing, and shooting fundamentals. Introduction to small-sided games (3v3 / 4v4) to build game understanding in a fun environment.
Mini Strikers - Girls
Guided sessions on basic ball control, passing, and mini-game participation. Building teamwork and communication skills through fun drills.
U10Ages 9-10
Junior Development - Boys
Technical skill refinement - dribbling, first touch, combination passing. Introduction to positional awareness and structured play.
Junior Development - Girls
Developing core technical skills with emphasis on creative play. Girls-only environment designed to build confidence and competitive spirit.
U12Ages 11-12
Development Squad - Boys
Tactical foundations alongside technical development. Players begin learning structured formations, transitions, and set-piece principles in 9v9.
Development Squad - Girls
Building on foundational skills with more structured training. Introduction to team tactics, positional roles, and inter-school / inter-club competition.
U14Ages 13-14
Competitive Development - Boys
Advanced technical and tactical sessions. Full 11v11 gameplay, position-specific coaching, and state-level tournament preparation.
Competitive Development - Girls
Intensive development with focus on physical conditioning, tactical play, and competitive exposure through FAM-affiliated girls' tournaments.
U16Ages 15-16
Elite Performance - Boys
High-performance pathway targeting professional clubs, national youth trials, and elite football. Includes Video Analysis, sports science, strength & conditioning, and European Affiliated Training Centre pathways for exceptional players.
Elite Performance - Girls
Top-level development for girls with aspirations of national team selection or semi-professional play. Full-game preparation, Video Analysis, leadership, mental resilience, and European Affiliated Training Centre pathways for exceptional players.

Children who demonstrate exceptional talent and a genuine desire to pursue the sport seriously will be considered for PFETC's Elite Training Programme - where they receive the most comprehensive professional-level coaching to pursue a serious career in football.
PFETC's Elite programme is led by our Technical Director, Mr. Subramaniam - holder of the International DFB'A' License (UEFA'A' equivalent) from Germany, former Head Coach of Malaysia's National Youth Teams, and Malaysia's representative at the highest world football conferences alongside Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, and Gerard Houllier.
* Acceptance into the Elite programme is by assessment and qualification by our coaching staff.
